Jaguar Creek’s rainforest is a rich, diversified ecosystem supporting much different flora and fauna. The forest floor is protected from direct sunlight by the thick canopy above. Colorful birds and butterflies flit among the trees while tiny animals and reptiles make the forest their home. Plants and animals of all kinds may be found in the Jaguar Creek rainforest. The scarlet macaw, tapir, and jaguar are just some unusual animals that call this stream home.[2].
