Check-In Time:
14:00hrs (2PM) – 22:00hrs (10PM)
Check Out Time: 10:00hrs (10AM)
Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be re-confirmed with the front office staff.
Cabanas not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Policy:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations cancelled 31 days prior to arrival will not incur cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the reservation will incur a fee of one night room and tax.
NO SHOW:
In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entirety of the stay will be charged.
GUARANTEE METHOD:
We accept guarantee by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Cash Deposit and TA. Full payment is required to confirm booking. Any payments made via check must be received two (2) weeks ahead of payment request date.
Parking
Parking is available at the hotel premises free of charge.
GROUP / CONFERENCE BOOKINGS
CONFIRMATION POLICY:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations cancelled three months (90 days) prior to arrival will not incur cancellation fees. Cancellations and number reduction charges are applicable and based on the following:
- Three (3) months prior to arrival date/s: 75% of total payment
- Two (2) months prior to arrival date/s: 50% of total payment
- Forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date/s: 25% of total payment
- Thirty (30) days prior to arrival date/s: 0% of total payment
